Cook and Amy Rowe achieved first and
second place in the British Kung Fu Association National Championships Junior
Sets Competition in Birmingham on 31st October performing single and double Tai
Chi Kung Fu Fan forms, both were coached by Garry pictured left. They are joined
by Jane (Holly's mum) in the picture below, who came 4th in the senior
competition.

Garry recently travelled to China with Master Liming Yue, during the trip the group trained with the Chinese Health Qigong Association and Garry achieved his 2nd Duan for demonstrating Ba Duan Jin (8 Brocades) and Wu Qin Xi (5 Animal).
The Eight Brocades is taught as part of the Tai Chi lessons and the Five Animal Qigong is now being introduced to the group.
