This Tai Chi Exercise DVD has three progressive programmes containing a warm up, silk reeling exercises, posture training and a cool down, start with Programme 1 (a simple 15-minute routine), when you are confident with this progress to Programme 2, which is similar to the first programme but lasts 25 minutes, for the more adventurous Programme 3 has a more demanding warm up with deeper stretches and more advanced silk reeling exercises, lasting 30 minutes.
